Meet Damien, our Client Services Director for the NHS at Florence. With over 15 years of experience, Damien brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles as Director of NHS Operations at Newcross and Head of Agency Services at NHS Professionals. In his current role, Damien works closely with NHS trusts to help manage hospital budgets, tackle the staffing crisis, and reduce agency spend nationwide. His commitment to improving the NHS and his strategic approach make him a vital part of our team, driving solutions that truly make a difference. In his spare time, Damien is a keen runner. He recently completed the Bob Graham Round—a non-stop, 23-hour run covering 66 miles with a 27,000-foot climb—all to raise money for Action for M.E. His dedication and perseverance extend beyond his professional life, making him a true inspiration.

Andrew has been with Florence since 2021 and manages the Candidate Management Team. They ensure that health and social care professionals can seamlessly join the platform. Andrew also supervises ongoing compliance of health and social care professionals by working with the Governance Team to ensure training, professional registrations and certifications are kept up to date.
